PERUBAHAN SUDUT IRIDOKORNEALIS PASCA OPERASI KATARAK SENILIS DENGAN PEMASANGAN LENSA TANAM

Abstract

Aim : To examine the changes in anatomical structure and grading of iridocomeal angle in eyes after ECCE with intraocular lens implantation Methods : 48 eyes of 48 patients were evaluated prospectively. The iridocomeal angle were examined using goniolens before surgery and at 1st month, 2nd month and 3rd month after surgery. We measured the grading of iridocomeal angle and evaluated the anatomical structure of iridocomeal angle. After the datas were collected, the paired t test, independent t test and Anova were used to analysis. Results : The grading of iridocomeal angle after surgery were wider than preoperatively. There were significant differences in the grading of iridocomeal angle between preoperatively and ft month, 211d month and 3th month after surgery (p<0,0001). There were significant differences in the grading of iridocomeal angle between 1st month and rd month after surgery (p=0,012). There weren't significant differences in the grading of iridocomeal angle between 2nd month and 3th month after surgery (p=0,322). There were 14 eyes (29,17%) with PAS in the ft month after surgery, 15 eyes (31,25%), and 17 eyes (35,42%) in the 3`d month. Tujuan : Mengetahui perubahan-perubahan struktur anatomi dan grading pada sudut iridokornealis pasca operasi EKEK dengan pemasangan lensa tanam Metode : 48 mata dart 48 pasien dievaluasi secara prospektif. Kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan gonioskopi pre operasi, pasca operasi bulan I, bulan II, dan bulan Selanjutnya dinilai grading sudut iridokornealis serta diperhatikan struktur sudutnya. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan uji t test berpasangan, t test independen, dan Anova Hasil : Grading sudut iridokornealis semakin besar pasca operasi dibandingkan preoperatif. Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada grading sudut iridokornealis pre operasi dengan bulan I, bulan II, maupun bulan III pasca operasi (p<0,0001). Grading bulan I dengan bulan II pasca operasi terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna (p=0,012), sedangkan grading bulan II dengan bulan III pasca operasi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna (p=0,322). Pada 14 mata (29,17%) terjadi PAS pada bulan I pasca operasi, pada bulan II menjadi 15 mata (31,25%), pada bulan III menjadi 17 mata (35,42%).
