Abstract

Searching the influence between working-motivasion variabel, working satisfaction, and loyality toward employee performance is becoming the aim of this research. The obbject for this studies takes the staff in Bureau General Administration Affairs and Finance, Diponegoro University Semarang. Three approaches were taken, statistic desriptive, regretion, and qualitative analysisi. The results obtained that the working motivation variable, working satisfaction and loyalty are positively to have influence on empleyee performance as a partial or simoultaneously. This studies also explain the way to raise employee performance could be obtained by providing welfare assurance, working motivation, reward and employee discipline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai. Obyek penelitian adalah pegawai Biro Administrasi Umum dan Keuangan Universitas Diponegoro Semarang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial, dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin pegawai terbukti berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. HasH analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa solusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Biro Administrasi Umum dan Keuangan Universitas Diponegoro Semarang adalah dengan mengupayakan peningkatan pada jaminan kesejahteraan khususnya jaminan pelayanan, motivasi untuk berprestasi, kompensasi, dan kedisiplinan pegawai.
