ANALISIS PERMINTAAN BENUR DART PENGUSAHA TAMBAK PADA PANTI PE14IBENIHAN UDANG SKALA RUMAH TANGGA (Studi Kasus Di Kabupaten Jepara)

Abstract

The Backyard Hatchery shrimp is a shrimp lavae rearing business around the homeyard conducted by family members. Demand is one of the important business aspects because an entrepreneur will never exist and develop when an insufficient demand of a product occurs. The demand of the shrimp fiy occurs becase of the need and the purchashing power of the fishpond entrepreneurs. The substantial quantity of a demand represents the demand function, which depends on the price of the shrimp fiy from the backyard hatchery, income/profit, the fish pond area, the natural price and the price of the shrimp. The research methodology which has been applied is of a descriptive-case study type. Data have been colleccted through interview and observation. Census has been collected used for the sampling of the backyard hatchery entrepeneurs, and purposive quota for the fish pond entrepreneurs. The data obtained were grouped into the demand function and analyzed using the multiple linear regression. F-test was applied for the whole regressive coefficint significance and T-test for the partial correlation of the variables in the model. To see the assessment of the fishpond entrepreneurs to the existing shrimp fiy, Chi Square has been applied. The determinant coefficient value of (R2) = 0.680 is 68 %. The demand quantity of the shrimp fly correlates with the independent variables in the model. The T-test showing the price of the shrimp fry at the nursery respectively thi, > tiav at the significance level of 19"; is significant. The assessment of the fishpond entrepreneurs to the shrimp fry whose entrepreneurs larvae rearing difference shows x2., hit. > tab at the significance. level of 5% means that the shrimp fries on sale are different. Judged from the demand elasticity againt the price, which isgpater than one ( - 12.9i ), it means the demand is elastic. To summarize, it is recommended for the germination business at the Backyard hatchery shrimp larvae in Jepara Regency for sum increase demand shrimp larvae the obliged according to : 1. Panti Pembenihan Udang Skala Rutnah Tangga adalah bentuk usaha pembenihan udang hanya sebagian dari proses pembenihan yang dilakukan oleh anggota keluarga di lokasi sekitar halaman nunah. Permintaan adalah salah saki aspek panting, karena. pengusaha tidak akan ada, atau berkembang, jika permintaan tidak cukup akan basil produksinya. Adanya permintaan benur karena keinginan dan kemampuan untuk membeli dari pengusaha tambak Jumlah benur yang diminta merupakan suatu fungsi permintaan yang bergantung pada harga benur clan panti pembenihan skala wrath. tangga, pendapatatheuntungan, luas tambak, harga benur alami, harga benur hatchery dan harga udang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan studi kasus dengan analisis statistik deskriptif induthf Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengambilan sampel pada pengusaha path pembenihan udang skala rumah tangga secara senses dan pengusaha tambak secara purpusif kuata. Data yang diperoleh masuk kedalam fungsi permintaan dan dianalisis dengan regresi tinier berganda. Uji F untuk menguji keberartian koefisien regresi keseluruhan dan uji t untuk menguji korelasi secara parsial dari variabel dalam model. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui penilaian pengusaha tambak terhadap perbedaan mutu benur dari pengusaha yang ada, dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square. (0,000) re (0,680) Uji F, nilai Fhit pada tingkat kepercayaan lebih kecil dari 1% yang berarti semua variabel independen dalam model berpengaruh nyata. terhadap variabel dependen (jumlah permintaan benur). Nilar koelisien detertninasi (R2) sebesar 0,680 yang berarti 68 %. Jumlah permintaan benur dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen dalam model. Uji t menunjukkan harga benur pada panti thit pada tinskat kepercayaan lebih kecil dari 1% berarti berpengaruh nyata. Untuk penilaian pengusaha tambak terhadap benur yang beda pengusaha pembernhan menunjuldran > 366 tingkai kepercayaan 5% berarti benur yang dijual berbeda diantaranya Dilihat dari Elastisitas permintaan terhadap harga nilai lebih besar dari satu ( - 12,91 ) berarti elastis. Panti Pernbenihan Uclang Skala Rumah Tangga di Kabupaten Jepara untuk meningkatkan permintaan jumlah benur direkomendasikan. 1. Secara internal, perlu strategi penurunan harga dan meningkatkan mutu benur dengan mernperhatikan faktor Secara eksternal, menjalin kerjasama dengan konsumenipengusaha tambak.
