SENSITIVITAS NEISSERIA GONORRHOEAE TERHADAP BEBERAPA ANTIBIOTIKA PADA PEKERJA SEKSUAL KOMERSIAL DENGAN SERVISITIS GONORE DI KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Abstract

Cervicitis gonorrhoe is an inflammation of the endocervix caused by Gram negative diplococcus, N. gonorrhoeae. Female commercial sex workers are one of the high risk groups and as a transmitter of N. gonorrhoeae infection. Recently, there is a decrease of the sensitivity of N. gonorrhoeae to the antibiotics recommended by CDC 1998. The aim of this study is to find out the efficacy of several antibiotics that CDC 1998 recommended in vitro. A survey, is observasional cross sectional study with 39 strains of N. gonorrhoeae. The result is summarized as follows : sensitivity of N. gonorrhoeae to Spectinomycin is 97.4%, Cefriaxone 84.6%, Ofloxacin 74.4%, Ciprofloxacin 69.2% dan Cefixime 10.3% in vitro. Servisitis gonore merupakan radang endoservils yang disebabkan oleh kuman diplokolcus Gram negatif, N gonorrhoeae. Pekerja seksual komersial wallas (PSKW) merupakan sabh satu kelompok risilco tinggi dan cumber penubran gonore. Saat ini sudah terdapat penurunan kepekaan kuman N. gonorrhoeae terhadap obatobat yang direkomendasflcan CDC tahun 1998. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas beberapa antibiotika yang direkomendaslkan CDC tahun 1998 terhadap N. gonorrohoeae secara in vitro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dengan besar sampel 39 strain N. gonorrhoeae. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : kepekaan kuman N. gonorrhoeae terhadap Spektinomisin 97.4%, Cefriaxon 84.6%, Ofloxacin 74.4%, Ciprofloxacin 69.2% dan Cefixim 10.3% secara in vitro.
