This growth generate positive impact at economic aspect, this matter can be look at the economic that dominant activity at Semarang city, so the all corner area city, has given very uppermost of the business breath. And surely this region is intering in Rencana detail Tata Ruang Kota ( RDTRK ) at Semarang city at Bagian Wilayah Kota I ( BWK I) where this region destined by as region since visible of big activity so that Mt. Pertumbuhan ini menimbulkan dampak positif pada aspek ekonomi, hal ini dapat terlihat aktivitas ekonomi di Kota semarang sangat dominan,sehingga seluruh pelosok kota, nafas bisnis sangat menonjol. ft Mt. Dengan demikian semakin tinggi aktivitas perekonomian di wilayah ini, sehingga dapat dilihat aktivitas yang begitu besar, maka penggal jalan Mt. Haryono ,menjadi padat lalit-lintasnya, kemudian suasana dan kondisi tata-ruangnya nampak semrawut, serta berkesan kumuh. Akhirnya dengan adanya seluruh rangkaian aktivitas itu menjadikan karakter ruang jl. Mt. Haryono menjadi semrawut dan kumuh. Adapun tztjuan yang akan diambil dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui apaketh penataan street furniture dapat mempengaruhi karakter ruang Ji. MT. Haryono, khususnya penggal pertigaan sompok sampai pertigaan mrican. Kemudian sasaran yang akan diraih dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk menemukenali elemen-elemen street furniture yang dapat mempengaruhi karakter ruang, mengidentifikasi karakter ruang, sebagai elemen yang dapat mempengaruhi citra kota, mengidentifikasi persepsi dari pengguna tentang penataan street furniture, serta menganalisis dari penataan itu sendiri. Kemudian dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif ,aspek ini akan mendapatkan gambaran tentang eletnen street furniture yang dapat mempengaruhi karakter ruang. Setelah itu didapatkan suatu temuan studi yang menggarnbarkan secara eksisting kondisi penataan street furniture di Ji. Mt. Haryono penggal pertigaan sompok sampai pertigaan mrkan, di semarang Kemudian pada bab selanjtnya akan dibahas tentang kesimpulan yaitu rangkuman dari sehtrult pembahasan dan rekomendasi, yang akan ditujukan kepada , Penzerintah Kota Semarang, Masyarakat , kepentingan Studi lanjut, dan kemudian untuk Ilmu pengetahuan
