Authentic law that have a perfect weight of evidence, have been a need for everyone in this recent life. Especially in doing a transaction with member of society, moreover in this globlalization era, that enable to do an interaction with someone else from abroad with no territorial border anymore. Moreover just the diversity of tribe, race, and religion are not an obstacle. Being a demand recently is the existance of legal assurance guarantee of every transaction done by the member of society. Beside of that, also a truth and justice based on the prevail law. In a state that most of population are moslem like Indonesia, the implementation of "Syariat Islam" become a yearned for and ambition for most moslems. But as a state based on Pancasila, where every religions are admitted and protected by state, so there is nothing more considered as superior one each others. The civil law as a legal product is from Holland that a christians, are accepted by people of Indonesia with a concordance principle especially by moslem as long as compatible with the stipulations of "Syariat Islam' it self Islam through the Holy Koran teach to human beings to revere truth, justice, and legal assurance. Islam also suggest to moslem to behave and act professionally in all fields, especially in relationship among human. In something like this, there is compatibility between the Koran doctrine with is in the civil law code especially in relevance with the making of authentic certificate. With this authentic certificate is meant to get a legal assurance, truth, and justice. Beside that, by the making of autenthic certificate, so problem in recording and entry be more guaranteed. It shows a profesionality in working.
