Abstract

The Furnace of Pusdiklat Migas Refinery which was built in 1930 can still be operated until now, with capacity performance of approximately 370.000 Liter/day. As the one of the Old refinery refinery in Indonesia, of course this equipment need to maintenance and upgrading to get Safe and Economical operation with the risk of environmetal pollution risk. The Operation of the furnace with 50 % effisiensi under of the same type which is generally must be reevaluation in order to gain increasing effisiensi and reduce NO and SO„ emmition. From recearch and learning of Crude Oil Refining operation and fuel consumption it is concluded that the best performance of the furnace operation is in capacity of 362.000 liter/day with 10,000 liter/day of fuel consumption. When the increasing furnace effisiensi is raised 60 % by keeping Ton standard Fuel Refinery ( TSFR)in 2,55 % upon reducing excess air from 400 % to 300 % there will be fuel saving in amount of Rp.393.484.280 per year with 120 ppm in NOx and 3,96 ppm SOx of gas emition. Dapur Kilang Pusdiklat Migas Cepu yang telah didirikan pada tahun 1930 sampai sekarang masih dapat dioperasikan dengan kapasitas sekitar 370.000 liter/hari. Sebagai salah satu kilang tertua di Indonesia , sudah tenth peralatan ini masih banyak yang hams selalu dibenahi dan diperbaiki agar operasi berjalan secara aman , ekonomis, dengan sedikit resiko pencemaran terhadap lingkungan. Effisiensi Dapur di Kilang Pusdiklat Cepu sebesar 50 % dibawah effisiensi dapur dengan type yang sama. Dengan kondisi ini menghamskan mengevaluasi kembali agar dapur lebih effisien serta mampu mengurangi emisi NO2 dan SO2. Dad basil pengkajian operasi pengolahan Crude Oil dan pemakaian bahan bakar diperoleh kondisi optimum Dapur kilang pada kapasitas 362.000 liter/hari dan pemakaian bahan bakar 10.000 liter/hari. Effisiensi furnace menjadi 60 % dengan mengurangi kelebihan udara dari 400 % menjadi 300 %.sehingga Ton Standard Fuel Refinery(TSFR )menjadi 2,55 %vol sehingga dapat dihemat bahan bakar senilai Rp.393.484.280,- pertahun, dan basil emisi NOx = 120 ppm dan Sox = 3,85 ppm
