Abstract

Transportation System is, used for moving people and materials. One of its components is means of transportation , such as, vehicles, motor cycle, etc. At present, motorcycle dominate Semarang traffics . On the feasibility analysis of transportation project, either economical and financeal analysis, one of the data needed is Vehicle Cost Analysis (VGA) which passes the roads. However the study of VGA motor cycles is rarely done. The purposes of this research are to identify the factors that influence VGA, to analysis VGA and to find out the suitable VGA model in Semarang area. In collecting the data, quisionaires are distributed to the motor cycle drivers, such as: students colleges, lectures, employees of college around Tem.balang campus, and also the people of Banyumanik region. The questions are the type, the capacity and the year of motor cycle assembling, the amount ofjourney per week, oil consumption, frequency of service, tube and tyre changing, motor cycle is price, the speed average of motor cycle journey, over head cost per month,and spareparts per year. The data. is compiled and analyses including two means for the influence factors of VGA and the regression model of the factors that influence the journey. The research concludes that VGA consists of fixed costs (price, tax, re-sale cost) and variable cost ( fuel, service, oil, tube and tyre, overhead cost, and spare parts cost). The variable cost of motor cycle inverses to the year of its assembling, it means that the newer the motor cycle, the lower the variable cost. VGA of the motor cycle is not influenced by its type, its machine capacity, the year of its assembling and tube and tyre changing. The variable cost of motor cycle each one km in Semarang area is about Rp. 312,00 to Rp. 478,00 . Sistem transportasi dipergunakan untuk kepenting,an pergerakan orang dan barang. Salah man unsur sistem transportasi adalah sarana transportasi berupa Icendcu-aan, bus, truk, mobil penumpang, sepeda motor clan lain-lain. Pada sant liii sepeda motor (kendaraan bermotor roda dua) mendominasi jahui-jalan di Semarang. Di clalam analisis kelayakan snafu proyeic jahm, balk analisis ekonomi uranium finansial, salah satu data yang diperlukan adalah BOK (Biaya Operasi Kenclaraan) yang melewati jalan tersebut. Nanum kajian tentang BOK (Biaya Operasi Kendal-ma) coda dua atau sepeda motor belum banyak dilakukan. Thank penelitian ini bertujucut mengidentilikasi fbictor-faktor yang beipengaruh terhadap BOK, menganalisisBOK dan rnencari model BOK yang rnemadai untuk daerah Semarang. Pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dilakukan dengan cam. menyebar kuestioner kepacla pengendara sepeda motor. Respondert yang cliambil adalah inahasiswa, lcaryasvan dart dosen di selcitar kampus Ternbalaug serta pendudulc di selcitar Kecamatcm Banyunianik. fri kuestioner jenis, kapasitas clan Mum perakitan sepeda motor, jumlah perjalanan yang dilakukan tiap minggu, lumlali pernakaian oh ruesin clan oli samping (2 Ink) t.iap minggmfrelcuensi pelaksartaan servis , frektiensi penggantian ban &lam clan ban mar, harga. beli sepeda motor, kecepatan rata-rata. perjalanan, biaya talc tercluga Claim 1 bulcm, biayaperbaikan suku =clang tiap Whim. Data yang terkurnpul clikompilasi dan dilanjutkati dengan analisis data yang meliputi uji dna mean wank rnasinn-masing faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap BOK, dart model reg-esi dari faktor-fitktor yang berpengandi dengan perjulanan. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah bahsva BOK terdiri dari biayct tetap (harps bell, pajak harga jual !combat° dan biaya variabel (balia.n bakar, pelaksanaan servis, oil mesin clan oil scunping, ban dalani dan ban luar, biaya talc terduga dan biaya suku cadaug). Biaya variabel kendaraan bet-motor roda dna berbanding tetbalik d.engan tahim perakitan, artinya scandal talrun perakitannya barn maia biaya variabelnya sernakin feudal'. BOK coda dun. tidal( terpengaruh oleh jenis, kapasitas mesin, tahun pera,kitan dcdam lml penggunaan ban dalam clan ban hrar. Biaya variabel sepeda motor hap km daerah Semarang borkisar Rp. 312,00 sampai Rp. 478,00.
