AMBANG BATAS DAN KONSEPSI MODEL KAMPUNG WISATAWAN DI SOSROWIJAYAN WETAN KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

The study on " Ambient values and model concept of tourism village of Sosrowijayan Wetan Yogyakarta City ", based on social changed problems in Sosrowijayan Wetan village functionally approach with bottom up method by society and resulted in dynamic aesthetic space. Space usually used by social groups to reflect behavior and environmental perceptions which consists of several existing elements to obtain specific cultural characteristic. Development of Yogyakarta as tourism city highly affect changed of population which acces to North South Sheraton axes, and consequently may change pattern of kampung space and building architecture. Morphological change of function and shape with the unique of specific kampung space is an effort to fulfill the demand of domestic and overseas tourism. Problems occurred in Kampung Sosrowijayan Wetan are : • Occurrence townscape development on the function of space building and environment surrounding and within the kampung due to tourists activity or demand. • Condition of socio-culture activity pattern on personal and community occupancy may affect change of social life norm. • Inter dependency between the user and the occupant which need each other and form public and private space so that they may exceed load capacity and supporting capacity of the environment Based on the above problems this study intents to find out the ambient values and model concepts of tourism village. In concern with the formation of urban design guide line in Kampung Sosrowijayan Wetan. These arises questions to answer, for example : • Why overseas and domestic tourists interest to stay in Kampung Sosrowijayan Wetan ? • In what kind of offer the occupants changed space patterns inside and outside the building ? • How to find ambience values and to define model concept of tourism village based on space pattern and architectural pattern. In the frame of mutual and un boring changed and development ? Factors to be investigated focused on aspect of Kampung Space pattern consisting of zoning system, tourist demand activity and supply. Also aspect of building architecture pattern consisting of environmental typo — morphology, style, lay out and supporting facilities. Theoritical background to study catagorization of tourist activity, communal activity, lodge and supporting facilities typology are theory of kind of tourist, theory of human aspect in urban area and theory of architecture pattern product. Data gathering method by observation on space pattern outside and inside building environment and by questionnaire for overseas and domestic From these findings, then to be developed to define model concept and. recommendation : Model of spaoce pattern in kampung boundary. Model of space pattern in cross road / junction within kampung. Model of space pattern in groups of lodge in the junction. Model of space pattern in groups of lodge with supporting facilities. Model of space pattern in groups of lodge in path ends (cul-desac). Model of circulation in boundary and within kampung. Model of public space corridor — space semi interior functioning as shopping street. Model of furniture development within public space characterized by combination of traditional and modern art. Irregular model street furniture in advertising board, public road electricity and public seats. Irregular model landscape in arrangement of ornamental plats in public space corridor.
