PENGARUH PERUBAHAN PENGGUNAAN LAHAN TERHADAP TATA RUANG LINGKUNGAN (STUDI KASUS KELURAHAN PENDRIKAN KIDUL)

Abstract

In the era of a very rapid development of the whole human life sector, change in land use cannot be avoided, particularly land changes in urban area. Most of the changes occur due to changes in emphasis from social to economic sector. This kind of situation will raise several problems especially in the provision of support¬ing facilities and infrastructure. This study will discuss about the influence of land changes toward spatial plan, with special reference to the case of Pendrikan Kidul Village, Middle Semarang Distric, Semarang Municipility. The main aim of the study is to obtain a factual description about the influence of land changes towards spatial plans, morphological changes, facilities and infrastructure , and to compre¬hend factors which influence the changes and their pat¬terns, and also for finding out the transfer from social space to become economic space. With regard to the purpose of this research the objective is to find out problems that occur as a result of changes in land use towards spatial plate by analyzing factors which influence them. Methods of approach on the physical and non-physical changes are perceived from qualitative and quantitative approaches which are gained from statistical analysis utilizing correlation mattri test and crosstab/chi-square tests, based on the data obstained from field research. The essential finding found in the research is that changes in spatial plan from private space into public space and also changes in land use create the transformation from social function into economic function.
