HUBUNGAN ANTROPOMETRI LILA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DENGAN ANTROPOMETRI BAYI LAHIR DI KECAMATAN BOYOLALI, KABUPATEN BOYOLALI

Abstract

Status gizi ibu hamil trimester III berpengaruh terhadap status gizi yang dilahirkan. Status gizi ibu hamil dan status gizi bayi bisa diukur dengan metode antrometri. Penggunaan antrometri untuk menentukan komposisi tubuh merupakan metode yang dipilih karena murah dan mudah dilaksanakan. Metode antropometri ibu hamil adalah Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA), sedangkan antropometri bayi adalah Berat Badan lahir (BBL),lingkar dada (LIDA) dan lingkar kepala (LIKA). Tujuan peneltitian ini adalah menganalisa hubungan ukuran LILA ibu hamil trimester III dengan ukuran Berat Badan Lahir, Lingkar Lengan Atas Bayi, Lingkar Dada bayi dan Lingkar Kepala bayi.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode antropometri melalui pendekatan croos sectional.Variabel bebas berupa (LILA) ibu hamil trimester III, sedangkan variabel terikat berupa (BB,LILA,dan LIKA)bayi lahir. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil Trimester III yang melahirkan di Puskesmas Boyolali dengan pertolongan bidan, dengan jumlah sampel 61 ibu dan 61 bayi. Hasil Penelitian LILA menunjukan ibu hamil berhubungan dengan berat bayi lahir (r=0,312,p=0,014)dan LIKA (r=0,276,p=0,031).Tidak ada hubungan yang LILA ibu hamil trimester III dengan LILA bayi lahir (r=0,110,p=0,3999),dan LIDA bayi (r=0,163,p=0210). The status of the pregnant woman and neonatusnutrition can be measuret by an antropometrics method.The antropometrics usage to determine the body composition is because it is cheapher and easyer to establish. Antropometric method of the pregnant woman is Arm Circumference,while the neonatus antropometrics is Birth weigh Neonatus, Arm Circumference Neonatus, Chest Circumference Neonatus. The aim of the research is to analyze the cerrelation of the Arm Circumference measure of the pregnant woman of trimester III with the measure of Birth weigh Neonatus,Arm Circumference Neonatus,Chest Circumference Neonatus,and head Circumference Neonatus. The type of this research explanation with a survey method and cross sectional approach. Free variabel in the form of Arm Circumference is for the pregnant woman of trimester III, while tied variable in the from of Birth weigh Neonatus,Arm Circumference Neonatus,Chest Circumference Neonatus, and head Circumference Neonatus in for the born infant. The population is the pregnant woman of trimester III bearing in Public Health Center Boyolali helped by a midwife,with 61 samples of woman and 61 samples of inflant. The result indicates that Arm Circumference of the pregnant woman have correlation with the Birth weigh Neonatus (r=0,312, p=0,014) and head Circumference Neonatus (r=0,276,p=0,031). Arm Circumference Neonatus (r=0,110, p=0,399), and chest Circumference Neonatus (r=0,163,p=0,210)have not correlation.
