Abstract

Demam berdarah adalah penyakit akut yang disebabkan infeksi virus DEN yang dibawa nyamuk Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus betina. Nyamuk Aedes aegypti betina memegang peranan lebih dominan dalam penyebaran panyakit demam berdarah karena kesukaannya tinggal dalam rumah. Berbagai upaya pengendalian telah banyak dilakukan. Salah satunya penggunaan insektisida namun dapat menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan, resistensi vektor penyakit dan lain-lain.Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu dilakukan pengendalian vektor penyakit dengan insektisida hayati yang aman bagi lingkungan dan tidak mengganggu ekosistem. Azadirachtin Indica A. Juzz (Mimba) adalah insektsida hayati yang banyak dipakai dalam penelitian-penelitian baik di bidang pertanian maupun kesehatan ternyata sangat efektif dalam pembasmian serangga maupun larva serta dapat menekan jumlah telur dan menurunkan day atetas telur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan angka fekunditas dan fertilitas nyamuk Aedes aegypti pada pemajanan daun mimba dalam sediaan obat nyamuk bakar dan spray. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan /design pretes-postes with control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh nyamuk dewasa Aedes aegypti betina berumur 2-3 hari yang berhasil ditetaskan di laboratorium. Sampel berjumlah 180 nyamuk dewasa Aedes aegypti betina berumur 2-3 hari. Uji normalitas data menggunakan uji kolmogorov smirnov. Analisis data diuji dengan One Way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata angka fekunditas nyamuk Aedes aegypti pada pemajanan daun mimba dalam sediaan obat nyamuk bakar sebesar 40,10 dan angka fertilitas 27,80, 42,73 dan 31,97 pada sediaan obat nyamuk spray. Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara angka fekunditas naymuk Aedes aegypti (p=0,843) dan fertilitas (p=0,166) dengan angka fekunditas dan fertilitas nyamuk Aedes aegypti kontrol. Kata Kunci: Daun mimba sediaan bakar, daun mimba sediaan spray, fekunditas, fertilitas DIFFERENCE NUMBER OF COIL AND SPRAY MIMBA LEAF EXPOSURE Dengue fever is acute disease caused by DEN virus infection that througt female of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. Female mosquito Aedes aegypti have more dominant part in spreading of dengue disease because its hobby remain in house. Various effort had been done. One of them is us insecticide but it increase environment contamination, disease factor resistence, etc. Overcome that problem need disease vector control with natural insecticide which safely. For environment and don't bother ecosystem Azadirachtin Indica A. Juzz (mimba) is an natural insecticide. Which is used in many research either in agriculture and health and its very effective in eradication insect, larva, egg and also can depres amount and degrade energy hatch egg. The purpose of this research is to analyze fecundates and fertilites difference number of mimba leaf mosquito exposure is spray and coil. Experimental with pretes-postes with control group design was used. The population is female Aedes aegypti mosquito age 2-3 days which incubating at laboratory. Sample are 180 adult Aedes aegypti aged 2-3 day. Normality data test use kolmogorov smirnov. Analyzed by One Way Anova. Result of research showed mean facundity Aedes aegypti mosquito result at mimba leaf exposure coil is 40,10 and mean fertility 27,80, 42,73 dan 31,97 at exposure of spray.
